鑄鐵平臺的機械加工工藝

  1、先加(jia)工基準面

  零件(jian)在加工(gong)過程(cheng)中,以(yi)及整個工(gong)藝過程(cheng)中工(gong)序數(shu)目的多少(shao)等(deng)(deng),如退火、正火、調質等(deng)(deng),

  鑄(zhu)鐵劃線平板制定工(gong)(gong)藝路(lu)線的(de)一(yi)般原則如下。熱處(chu)理工(gong)(gong)序(xu)位置(zhi)的(de)安(an)排如下:為改善(shan)金屬的(de)切削(xue)加工(gong)(gong)性能鑄(zhu)鐵平板、鑄(zhu)鐵平臺、機床(chuang)鑄(zhu)件,常安(an)排有熱處(chu)理工(gong)(gong)序(xu),

  (1)、為(wei)了保(bao)證(zheng)鑄鐵劃線平(ping)板的(de)加工精度。作為(wei)定位基(ji)準的(de)表面應首(shou)先加工出來(lai)。

  4、主要表面的光整加工(如(ru)珩(heng)磨(mo)(mo)、研磨(mo)(mo)、精磨(mo)(mo)等),

  對于方箱體、支架和連桿等零件(jian)應先加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)平(ping)面后加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)孔鑄鐵平(ping)板、鑄鐵平(ping)臺、機床鑄件(jian)。并不要求有較高的加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)精(jing)(jing)度,因為粗加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)時。在粗加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)之后和精(jing)(jing)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)之前,一般可分為粗加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)、半精(jing)(jing)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)和精(jing)(jing)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)三(san)個(ge)階段。還(huan)應安(an)排低溫退(tui)火或時效處理工(gong)(gong)序來消除內應力,還(huan)須安(an)排終加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)序(精(jing)(jing)磨)。

  鑄鐵(tie)平(ping)臺機械加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi)路(lu)線的(de)(de)擬定(ding)是(shi)制定(ding)工(gong)藝(yi)過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)(de)總(zong)體布局,主要任(ren)務是(shi)選擇各(ge)(ge)個表面(mian)的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)方法,確定(ding)各(ge)(ge)個表面(mian)的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)順(shun)序(xu),以及整(zheng)個工(gong)藝(yi)過(guo)程(cheng)中工(gong)序(xu)數(shu)目的(de)(de)多少等(deng)。

  擬定工藝路線的一(yi)般原(yuan)則(ze)如下:

  1、先加(jia)工(gong)(gong)基(ji)(ji)準(zhun)面:零件在加(jia)工(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中,作為定位基(ji)(ji)準(zhun)的表(biao)面應首先加(jia)工(gong)(gong)出來(lai),以便(bian)盡(jin)快為后續工(gong)(gong)序的加(jia)工(gong)(gong)提供(gong)精基(ji)(ji)準(zhun)。稱為“基(ji)(ji)準(zhun)先行”。

  3、先孔后面:對(dui)于(yu)方箱體、支架和連桿等零件應先加工平(ping)面后加工孔。這樣 可(ke)以(yi)以(yi)平(ping)面定位(wei)加工孔,保證平(ping)面和孔的(de)位(wei)置精度,而(er)且對(dui)平(ping)面上(shang)的(de)孔的(de)加工帶來方便。

  4、主要(yao)表面(mian)的光整加工(如研磨、珩(heng)磨、精(jing)磨等(deng)),應(ying)放(fang)在工藝路線后階(jie)段(duan)進行,以免光整加工的表面(mian),由(you)于工序間的轉運和安(an)裝而受到損傷。
