　　普通螺(luo)紋塞環規(gui)一(yi)般每個(ge)(ge)公(gong)稱尺(chi)寸都(dou)是兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)為一(yi)組。一(yi)個(ge)(ge)是通規(gui)，一(yi)個(ge)(ge)是止(zhi)(zhi)規(gui)，分別(bie)限(xian)制(zhi)了螺(luo)紋的(de)尺(chi)寸上限(xian)與下限(xian)。如果被(bei)測螺(luo)紋能夠(gou)與螺(luo)紋塞環規(gui)旋(xuan)合(he)通過(guo)， 且與螺(luo)紋止(zhi)(zhi)規(gui)不完全旋(xuan)合(he)通過(guo)(螺(luo)紋止(zhi)(zhi)規(gui)只(zhi)允許與被(bei)測螺(luo)紋兩(liang)段旋(xuan)合(he)，旋(xuan)合(he)量不得超過(guo)兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)螺(luo)距)， 表(biao)明被(bei)測螺(luo)紋的(de)作用中徑(jing)沒(mei)有超過(guo)其大實體(ti)牙型(xing)的(de)中徑(jing)，且 單(dan)一(yi)中徑(jing)沒(mei)有超出(chu)其小實體(ti)牙型(xing)的(de)中徑(jing)

　　螺紋塞環(huan)規采用滾珠軸承(cheng)鋼或高強度(du)鋁合金(jin)制造，硬度(du)高，耐(nai)磨(mo)，尺寸穩定 ，輔以彩色陽極氧化表面處理，造型美觀，輕巧方(fang)便。

螺紋量規檢驗方法:如果被測(ce)螺(luo)(luo)紋能(neng)夠與(yu)螺(luo)(luo)紋通(tong)規(gui)旋合通(tong)過(guo)，且(qie)與(yu)螺(luo)(luo)紋止規(gui)不(bu)完全(quan)旋合通(tong)過(guo)(螺(luo)(luo)紋止規(gui)只(zhi)允(yun)許與(yu)被測(ce)螺(luo)(luo)紋兩段旋合，旋合量不(bu)得超過(guo)兩個螺(luo)(luo) 距(ju))， 表(biao)明(ming)被測(ce)螺(luo)(luo)紋的(de)作用(yong)中(zhong)徑(jing)沒(mei)有超過(guo)其大實(shi)體牙型的(de)中(zhong)徑(jing)，且(qie)單(dan)一中(zhong)徑(jing)沒(mei)有超出其小實(shi)體牙型的(de)中(zhong)徑(jing)，那(nei)么 可以保證旋合性和(he)連接強(qiang)度(du)，則被測(ce)螺(luo)(luo)紋中(zhong) 徑(jing)合格(ge)。
